How to Do an Arrest Search in Miami/Dade County Florida

You may have reason to search for a person who is arrested in Miami/Dade and not know exactly where to go or what to do to get that information. You can do an arrest search in Miami/Dade county at the corrections website.

Go to the Miami/Dade County corrections to do an inmate search. Look for inmate information in the sidebar and then click on inmate search. Search for the inmate using the inmate's first and last name. If you know the individual's birthdate, he will be easier to find.

Scroll to location in the search results box to find jail information and charges after doing the arrest search. If you click on the location acronym, it will show you at which facility the inmate is housed. Miami/Dade has the Pre-Trial Detention Center (PTDC), Training and Treatment Center (TTC), Metro West Detention Center (MWDC), Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center (TGKCC) and the Womens Detention Center (WDC). Each of these correctional facilities is located in a different section Miami/Dade County.

Find juvenile arrest information by going to the Juvenile Services webpage on the Miami/Dade Corrections website. They will not list juveniles who have been arrested in Miami/Dade county by name, however they provide a phone number to call for information.
