Obtaining a copy of your TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification is a pretty simple process. Follow these steps and you should receive it in the mail or by fax within a short period of time.
Visit the TABC website and scroll down to Certificate Reprint (see Resources). Here you can download Form ST-412. If you do not have access to a computer, contact TABC so that they can fax you a copy.
Fill out the form and make sure to include all the information requested. Be sure to add the date you took your training class and the name of school where you were enrolled. Not doing so will result in prolonging the application.
Have your Form ST-412 notarized. Then mail it with a self-addressed stamped envelope and a $5 check or money order to: ATTN: Seller Server Training Certification,Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission,P.O. Box 13127,Austin, TX 78711.
Wait approximately 2 business weeks to hear back or receive your new copy of your TABC Seller's Certificate.
