Step 2

Fill out as much information as possible including the person's name, address and any other information that may aid in stopping the theft. Don't forget to select Comcast in the section that lists cable providers.

Step 3

Submit the form. All information remains anonymous. Once you submit your information, appropriate public and private organizations receive your anonymous tip.
