Maricopa County, Arizona, is famous both for the Grand Canyon and for its Recorder Office. The Maricopa County Recorder Office has developed a state-of-the-art, online record-search system accessible to anyone with a computer. It is an office dedicated to "e-government", the use of technology to increase government efficiency and save money. Nearly all recorded court documents in Maricopa County from the 1871 to the present can be located and viewed on any computer from the comfort of your home or office.

Go to the website for the Maricopa County Recorder Office. Click on the link to the online record search system.

Fill in the information necessary on the web form to search for recorded court documents. At the very minimum, you need the name of one of the parties listed in the court documents to search for records successfully.

View all documents for free on the website. However there is a very low per-page fee to print out copies. Payments are accepted in the form of credit or debit card payments online.
